1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the fbaazi website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services accessible at https://fbaazi.app.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a Player to access fbaazi services.
• "Wallet" refers to the BDT-denominated balance held within a Player's Account.
• "Services" refers collectively to all casino games, live dealer products, sports betting markets, crash games, and promotional offerings made available through the Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or reload incentive granted by fbaazi to a Player's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, logging in to fbaazi, or making a deposit, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 21 years of age;
• Are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law;
• Are the legal owner of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals;
• Are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any documents referenced herein.

fbaazi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

Registration is open to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. fbaazi does not knowingly permit minors to register or use the Platform. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player may hold only one Account. Creating duplicate, secondary, or multi-accounting arrangements — whether under your own identity or under another person's details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. fbaazi will close all duplicate Accounts and may withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account suspension and forfeiture of Wallet balances.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. fbaazi will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your Account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — will be treated as having been authorised by you. Notify fbaazi immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

3.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

fbaazi may request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or following a change in Account details. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or withdrawal delays.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fbaazi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification. fbaazi targets processing of bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests within ten minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Processing times for bank transfer withdrawals may be longer depending on the receiving institution.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal is approved.
• Any active Bonus balance must satisfy its associated Wagering Requirement before the corresponding funds become withdrawable.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless a specific payment method imposes a higher minimum.
• fbaazi reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal above ৳50,000.

4.4 No Third-Party Payments

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals will not be sent to a third party. Any attempt to use a third-party payment method will result in transaction rejection and may trigger a fraud review.

4.5 Refused Transactions

fbaazi reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, fbaazi will notify the Player and may request supporting documentation before proceeding.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All Bonuses offered by fbaazi — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and seasonal promotions — are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility conditions. The specific terms for each promotion are published on the relevant promotional page and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times the Bonus amount before they are eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ৳1,000 Bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before any Bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Certain game categories — including live table games and sports betting — may contribute at a reduced rate toward Wagering Requirement completion. Full contribution rates are published in individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

fbaazi monitors Bonus usage for patterns consistent with abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear Wagering Requirements without genuine gameplay risk, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus, and coordinated group play. Where Bonus abuse is identified, fbaazi reserves the right to void the Bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the Account pending review.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Player's Wallet automatically. fbaazi accepts no liability for expired Bonus funds where the Player has been notified of the applicable expiry period.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on fbaazi — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games (Limbo, Go Rush), and sports betting — operate using certified random number generation or live dealer procedures supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. fbaazi does not modify game outcomes.

6.2 Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a software or technical malfunction that affects a game round outcome or displays an incorrect balance, fbaazi reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the applicable stake to the Player's Wallet. Winnings resulting from a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid. fbaazi's decision in such circumstances is final.

6.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fbaazi Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or Bonus eligibility;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to [email protected] immediately;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in relation to markets offered on fbaazi;
• Laundering funds through the Platform or using the Platform for any financial crime.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

7. Responsible Gaming

fbaazi is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods via their Account dashboard. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on the fbaazi Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and page layouts — is the property of fbaazi or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform content without the prior written consent of fbaazi. Unauthorised use of any Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fbaazi shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, third-party service failures, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Losses or delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment processors including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.

fbaazi's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

fbaazi collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. fbaazi implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial information.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting fbaazi support at [email protected]. Any genuine real-money balance remaining in your Wallet at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to the withdrawal conditions described in Section 4 and provided no active Bonus terms prevent withdrawal.

11.2 Suspension and Closure by fbaazi

fbaazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false or misleading information at registration or during verification;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Chargebacks initiated against fbaazi by a Player;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an Account is closed by fbaazi due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the Wallet may be forfeited at fbaazi's discretion pending investigation.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally recognised principles of international commercial law. In the event of a dispute between a Player and fbaazi, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation by contacting the fbaazi support team at [email protected].

fbaazi's decision on any dispute relating to game outcomes, Bonus eligibility, Account activity, or withdrawal processing shall be final and binding, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the Player's local jurisdiction. fbaazi does not make any representation regarding the legality of online gambling in the Player's jurisdiction and it is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and fbaazi with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

13.3 Waiver

Any failure by fbaazi to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of fbaazi's right to enforce that provision or any other provision at a later time.

13.4 Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict arising from translation into any other language, the English version shall prevail.
